Undergraduate Programs

Goldey-Beacom College recognizes that effective leadership requires a range of skills and a breadth of knowledge from a variety of disciplines. Therefore, the curriculum has two major components  aimed at developing the full human and professional capabilities of the individual. These components are the concentration or major, and the liberal arts component.

Students may select a major or concentration of courses which provides specialization and builds particular competencies. Each degree curriculum provides a balance of General Education Curriculum  and major/related courses. All undergraduate degrees are designed to meet a standard set of general education program goals , in addition to maintaining their own program-specific goals and all business degree programs conform to the principles identified in the Business Studies Mission Statement .
