HRM 670 - Human Resource Power Skills

This course provides an opportunity for students to understand the importance and value of human resource power skills in organizations. Interpersonal and soft skills will be the focus. Effective communication and problem-solving will be discussed. Students will recognize and appreciate the purpose of positive attitudes, emotional intelligence, goal setting, time management, and innovative thinking.
