HRM 695 - Human Resources Capstone: SHRM Certification Prep

This course serves as a capstone course in the graduate human resources management (HRM) degree program, and it focuses on core competencies needed in the human resource profession. Students will utilize hands-on, practical exercises that prepare them for real-world HR situations and jobs. Technical, leadership, and business competencies will be explored to help succeed on the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP certification exams and in an HR career. Skills required by those seeking to work in an HR-related role will be investigated.
