Program Description:
The Master of Business Administration program is designed for qualified holders of a Bachelor’s degree regardless of the undergraduate field of study. This program provides professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to be successful managers. The twelve required courses have been designed to build upon a basic foundation of business knowledge which may have been gained through formal education, work experience, or specialized training.
The Analytical Track of the Master of Business Administration program is designed to offer a quantitative and technical approach to learning concepts throughout various areas of business in the fields of Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Finance, Information Technology and Cybersecurity, Marketing, Business Operations, Project Management, and Statistics.
The Master of Business Administration (Analytical Track) degree program has been designated by the College as a STEM-eligible program in accordance with Department of Homeland Security (DHS) regulations.
Program Goals:
Upon successful completion of the Master of Business Administration degree, students will:
- demonstrate an understanding of STEM techniques and apply them to different business areas to extract useful business insights and enable data-driven decision-making.
- integrate quantitative analysis into marketing and develop STEM-based marketing strategies to compete in today’s challenging marketing environment.
- apply predictive analytics to corporate financial management topics including capital budgeting, cost of capital & capital structures, financial analysis, time value of money & valuation methodologies.
- be proficient in statistical analysis, core business areas, and emerging technology to obtain employment in tech heavy industries such as data analytics, fintech, biotechnology, healthcare analytics, financial services, and supply-chain.
- combine technical, ethical, and business concepts and communicate them clearly to different stakeholders to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leaders enabling continued success in their fields.
