Program Description:

The 12-credit Certificate in Management is designed to address the needs of employers today for micro-credentials and to leverage the opportunity for individuals to acquire foundation skills for effective management and career progression. This highly customizable certificate can benefit those individuals with a desire to learn more about managerial/supervisory competencies today and those professionals transitioning into team leadership positions. The certificate can be tailored to the needs of a variety of industries that seek to upskill their employees to become better prepared to meet the challenges of the workplace. To complete the certificate, students must take 4 courses, each worth 3 credits.

Conferral Requirements:

To earn conferral of the Management Certificate, students must earn a minimum of a 2.0 cumulative GPA and satisfy all course requirements.
