The Strategic Leadership Certificate at Goldey-Beacom College is designed to help professionals develop a set of skills that they can immediately apply as a leader.

Graduate courses completed with a grade of “B” or better can be applied towards a graduate degree program. Students must have already completed a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, and submit additional documents to fulfill the graduate admissions requirements.

To earn the Strategic Leadership Certificate, students must complete MGT 695 , MGT 667 , MGT 611 and one additional course from the options listed at the bottom. A grade of “B” or better is required in each course in order to obtain the certificate. All classes must be completed within two years.

COURSE DETAILS: Graduate courses are available in eight-week sessions. Some courses are offered in a one-week format.

MGT 695 - Seminar in Strategic Management (3 Credits)
MGT 667 - Leadership (3 Credits)
MGT 611 - Organizational Development and Change (3 Credits)

Choose one course from the following two options:

MGT 706 - Team Dynamics (3 Credits)
MGT 708 - Creative Problem Solving In Business (3 Credits)
