Protective Measures for Victims/Bystanders

Retaliation against anyone for filing a complaint of discrimination or harassment, for reporting a crime, for intervening as a bystander, or for participating in any investigative proceedings is strictly prohibited by the College

The following list of protective measures may be used by the College to assist the victim or bystanders.

Working schedule modification
Office relocation
No Contact Order
Transportation
Other reasonable measures
